Shipping policy

Shipping

We can currently only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Processing time

Please allow at least 5-10 business days for processing and shipping. Most items are made after you order. We'll email tracking when your order ships.

Shipping times may be delayed during holiday shipping seasons.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included in the price on our tees, mugs, candles, tumblers, bundles and the Roots and Refuge CD.

Leather patch hats and the green ceramic camp mug ship separately. Shipping on those is calculated at checkout through USPS, based on quantity and destination. Alaska and Hawaii rates apply.

More than one package

Orders containing both made-to-order and in-house items may arrive in more than one package. There is no extra charge.

If there's a problem

If tracking shows delivered and nothing arrived, or your order arrives damaged, email info@montanahaven.com with your order number. See our Refund policy for how we handle damaged or defective items.
